Hi! Winston,
Need your help once again, please.
My query is ...
1) Assuming you take 1 year as the time frame on the daily charts, where should Point 1 be on the chart?
If you look at the attached image, "Nifty 1 Year option 01", Point 1 is more on the left hand side of the chart.
If you look at the attached image, "Nifty 1 Year option 02", Point 1 is more towards the right hand side of the chart.
If you move the slider at the bottom, Point 1 is at different places on the chart and then, you get different targets.
The image, "Nifty 1 Year option 01" is the one where the Nifty fell to it's exact target last May.
2) What is the time frame that one should take to accurately get a prediction of what the target (Line connecting Points 1 & 4) should be.
For example, if you look at daily chart and choose the time frame as 1 year, the target will be different than the target if you choose 9 months as the the time frame.
If you look at all the attached images, Point 1 is at different locations on the chart.
To summarise my query ... Which time frame do you take and where should Point 1 be?
Hope I was able to explain my query clearly.
Please do help ...
Thanks & regards,
Amit
