Hi Amit/Saint,

Thank you for continuous warning.....stayed clear of the market last 1 week, except for afew stocks, and I went into 50% cash last week. And took all my stops last two days.......didn't feel this sharp drop at all.

Thank you both for continuously warning the whole forum persistently last 2 weeks.

Regds,

Avinash

Great going Avinash...I do hope most others did the same as you.
This will soon pass and we'll get on with the party then.
Take care.

Caution is still the call.
We will wait these times out, no matter what.
Till stablity returns.
Thanks.

Hi Amit

Thanks for guiding us through.. your caution saved many a bucks for many people..

Thanks and Regards

Dear Amit and Saint and everyone else,

At the outset, let me thank all of you for your continued support and guidance to all of us. We would be completely aimless without your guidance.

I have a suggestion to make... which might sound a little foolish. Recall the posts that Joy Mitali used to post (which unfortunately he has stopped). He used to indicate the stock along with the stoploss and target and the estimated duration for the stock to reach the target price in a very concise manner. Understand that this is probably what one would term as spoonfeeding but I must say, it was a very reader friendly way to put up the tips.

Was wondering if this could be done in this thread too. In any case, would be grateful for your comments on my suggestion. Thank you once again for your valuable advice.

Regards,
Lal.

Hello Lal,
First, thank you for your kind words. I'm a student of TA just as much as anyone here, and if members have been advantaged in any manner from these postings, that's so much more positive energy at this forum, and for myself as well.
I would certainly attempt making readings on the time factor for a trade, even though that is something only a very rare analyst would do with any degree of accuracy. It's a new day at the markets everyday, and there are so many variables along the way. Even so...shall try.
Stop loss levels are routinely given, though.
Thanks.

Hello Amit,

SAIL has come down to 62 levels.
Is it good time to buy or should we wait for some more time?

Do you have any value scrips to suggest at this time?

Thanks,
Narendra

Hi NArendra and Raju...no, this is not the time to enter. There is no clarity as yet and the market is delictely poised.
Remember we have all sorts of openings, even in upmarkets. The advice is, no positions yet.
Thanks.
