Hi Amit and Saint,
Firstly, kudos for the invaluable assistance you have been providing everyone with.
Not too sure if this is the right thread to post this entry in. Would like to have your comments on the following scrips that I hold. Since the market does not have a clear indication about where it's heading (not that it ever does), would like to know what I should be doing with these shares. FYG, I'm a amateur investor and am keen to go long term on promising companies. However, I am not averse to short term trades either. Please advise.
Bhartiya International @ 98 - CMP 72
Yes Bank @ 71 - CMP 66
Glenmark @ 170 - CMP 290
Jindal Saw @ 350 - CMP 395
Hindalco @ 122 - CMP 134
Also, would be grateful if you could suggest some really long term buys which, in all probability, will yield approx. lets say... 20% per annum.
Thanks once again for your support and assistance.
Regards,
Lal.
Hi Lal...thanks from both Saint and I for the kind words. We're happy to help in anyway we can.
Bhartiya International may take a while to give hope of a revival after the sharp decline from 112 in recent times. The acid test may likely come at 88-90 where forms the right shoulder of a H&S on the weekly charts. Should it meet supply there and fall sharply, a break at 70 would confirm the bearish patern. Moving above 92-93 would not only negate this, but will give it a chance to rally on towards the previous highs.
Yes Bank is above your entry, and see how it pans out closing above 68. There is nothing in the charts for now to suggest strength, and perhaps you may want to move to something else.
Glenmark you are doing very well on, and you could consider taking out half now and trail stop the rest looking for a close above 312 and 320 if possible where there may be more.
Jindal Saw is looking good and watch for 396-409-417. When it gets that far, expect 445. Trail stop it all the way.
Hindalco is ok at your entry. S/l at cmp is 125. Raise this as it goes higher, and will do well above 139-142.
As for calls short term or long, we'll wait and watch what happens in the next few sessions.
Regards.
