Hello To all the member of community.

I want to know the view on Media Video and GujNRE Coke.
Hi mail_maheshwari...I would leave Media Video for now. We could review at a close above 28 to see if the move then has the strength to carry it past 32 where it would seem attractive.
GujNRE has taken a surprisingly bad bashing recently. It was a double top on mid term charts at 165. There's an attempted pullback at this time, and time will tell if it's a corrective pullback with another drop to come. After a strong sell out like recently, I can't really see the resumption of the earlier rally so soon. It's a great buy at these levels fundamentally, but technically above 130 only, and that too after it's well sustained there.
Regards.

Hello To all the member of community.
i want to know view on the IPCL, HFCL & 3iinfo
I purchased 1000 HFCL @ 23.00
100 IPCL @ 241.00
100 3i info@ 136.00
Hi kant_raj...You've bought them all high, and fortunately you are still well placed on each of them.
IPCL is a great counter should you hold in the mid to long term so no worry. A close abobe 234 should bring it into range to cover your entry, above which 245 needs to be taken for a new upside. It's a hold.
HFCL is fundamentally a weak counter and you should exit this at nearabouts your entry which from the cmp 22 is close enough. Take your money to a better counter.
3i Infotech is good. Hold, and trail stop above 140. To the down, considering your high entry, keep s/l at 127.
Regards.

Hi Amit and Saint,

Firstly, kudos for the invaluable assistance you have been providing everyone with.

Not too sure if this is the right thread to post this entry in. Would like to have your comments on the following scrips that I hold. Since the market does not have a clear indication about where it's heading (not that it ever does), would like to know what I should be doing with these shares. FYG, I'm a amateur investor and am keen to go long term on promising companies. However, I am not averse to short term trades either. Please advise.

Bhartiya International @ 98 - CMP 72
Yes Bank @ 71 - CMP 66
Glenmark @ 170 - CMP 290
Jindal Saw @ 350 - CMP 395
Hindalco @ 122 - CMP 134

Also, would be grateful if you could suggest some really long term buys which, in all probability, will yield approx. lets say... 20% per annum.

Thanks once again for your support and assistance.

Regards,
Lal.
Hi Lal...thanks from both Saint and I for the kind words. We're happy to help in anyway we can.
Bhartiya International may take a while to give hope of a revival after the sharp decline from 112 in recent times. The acid test may likely come at 88-90 where forms the right shoulder of a H&S on the weekly charts. Should it meet supply there and fall sharply, a break at 70 would confirm the bearish patern. Moving above 92-93 would not only negate this, but will give it a chance to rally on towards the previous highs.
Yes Bank is above your entry, and see how it pans out closing above 68. There is nothing in the charts for now to suggest strength, and perhaps you may want to move to something else.
Glenmark you are doing very well on, and you could consider taking out half now and trail stop the rest looking for a close above 312 and 320 if possible where there may be more.
Jindal Saw is looking good and watch for 396-409-417. When it gets that far, expect 445. Trail stop it all the way.
Hindalco is ok at your entry. S/l at cmp is 125. Raise this as it goes higher, and will do well above 139-142.
As for calls short term or long, we'll wait and watch what happens in the next few sessions.
Regards.

Hi Vizzie...you didn't say if were in or interested to get in. It's not a happy looking chart at all. If you are in, do let me know where and we'll look again.
Thanks.

Is there any future in Padmalya Telefims. I had bought it at 60 some time back.

Regards
Hi bhatia1405...terribly sorry to see your state with this one. There's nothing to look for in the chart at this point except to wait for a bottom out. Sorry friend..you really should not have waited so long. Wait longer now, and see if 19 was the really the bottom, and how it pans out from here. Will be happy to assist again later when 32 is taken again.
All the best.

Hi Amit,

I am planning to buy cements stocks. Plese advise me on this sector? Guj Ambuja, Ultra Tech are the ones I am closely watching and these stocks have been trading offlate with high volumes.

I was reading an article on Business Line and the Cement companies do expect lot of exports to happen to countries like Pakistan (post earthquake building process, US (hurricane aftermaths) and hence the interest.

VOLTAS: Thanks for your analysis on this stock (my query some time back) and the movement did happen as per your analysis. I am happy to say that I have booked my profits.

Thanks,
Prakash

Hi Amit

Hi Vizzie...yes, 65 seems like a bottom. Above 74-75 it would be safer. However there is a lurking threat of a H&S at 76-82 or thereabouts. It's not a nice looking chart at all. Lets wait and track for now. Do bring it up around 76.
All the best.
