Hello ganeshhity...twice in the last few days I had advised members here to exit MTNL. Fundamentally it is on the fringes where even counters like Bharti and BSNL are straining for the competition. It's come out with pretty shoddy results.
Exit at any pullback possible. Below 138-139 there are no good supports till much deeper.
Regards.

Hi Gaurav...this take is off the charts alone, and at this point there is no evidence of an upside though it may be bottoming out soon...37 to 41 may be it and this is also s/l at cmp.
A close above 49-53-56 would hasten it towards 65 and above this to 71-74-77. When this happens is impossible to say but it will likely follow the numbers listed. Make a note if you are in.
Will check the Excel file later and write back.
Bye for now.
thanks a lot. wud take care of s/l's. i am already long in the scrip at 47.

Hi ragh_ash...yes perhaps for now, but considering your entry (140 off?), why don't you give it another chance to see if it'll trade above 170 without being volatile, and if so, expect another go at 184 as it has done the past two sessions. You could exit if it doesn't make it again but can hold as long as it keeps above 170 if it gets there as then there would be more room to the up. S/l below 163-161.
This one's not known to correct too sharply, but if it does and 163-161 are taken out, look for support at 153-155 and should this hold, you could begin to accumulate it again.
Regards.
thx a lot amitbe,
i was thinking same using MA but as you know still am finding my feet here.

Hi ganeshhity...as for buying, I'd say wait and watch how tomorrow pans out.
I don't have a very good feeling about the markets in the immediate future.
Exit MTNL and keep that money for something else. Should a correction come, there would be quite a few decent counters, and I'd be posting then.
All the best.
