Hi sammy...I'd missed this one...sorry.
3i Info has a good support in the 174-177. Keep a hold till these levels hold and stop out below there.
To the up, above 190 it would have a clear run.
Take care with the stops though.

136-137 is crucial support area and 132 appears strong too. Don't hold below this.
