Thanx indeed. Yes I have done a little bit of homework myself on that scrip. People like T Towe and Goldman Sachs do come in with a long term horizon
Being a nascent industry though I was wondering how to value these stocks. Is there any parallel in any other emerging economy. Pls let us share if there is. The daily turnover at MCX has shot up to 2500 Crs per day growing at 25% qoq. However there is always competition from other players such as NCDX and NCMX and may be more to come, I have tried to find the regulatory requirements of FMC for setting up such a comm xchange but to no avail. Seniors and others please contribute

Sonata, called at 32, after several attempts at 33 has broken out...at 35.60 off with huge volume. The other day someone had asked if it could be taken and I had advised against it as it had been under performing. That advice was valid looking at the past two months of its movement.
If someone has position, now a move to 38 may materialise.
Good move in IndiaCem called at 99...tested 118 off and slipped a bit.
Aptecht...nice move..tested 109 off.
KtkBank needs more volume to clear 122-123 to rally.

Hi Narendra...its been making a move to get on with it since yesterday. I'd say hold for some time to see what it does. Is likely to be slow going up but will get there...39-40 was a recent high. Strict s/l is 27.50.

Hi Narendra,
Personally still like GUFIC......looking good.My stops are the same...28.5.The higher pivot low on the weekly and the neat pullback on the daily......looks good to me.I am holding till stopped.I also like the blast off vol a few weeks ago,followed by a decline in vol during p/b.....so far all according to plan.

So, I was getting worried that, this also may go the Eicher way
(When I bought Eicher the volume was good and also it did well for few days. After that suddenly volume dropped and price went on the decline and I had a huge loss!!)

After reading both the comments, I have got back my confidence.

Hi Narendra...PNB you've done very well with taking it at the IPO. It's a great scrip amongst the banks, and an upside will come soon enough. Not going into techs here, but it's a hold at least till the coming result season. Take it from there, is what I would do.

Hi Narendra,
I am not sure what really happened with EICHER .....was it news related drop?But charts wise,I presume you entered somewhere around May end.Was a nice breakout on neat volume.....then as expected,it began pulling back.Okay,no problem,so far so good....the problem was when the pullback became a bit too overdone.Once the low of that breakout bar was taken out,this play is no more valid.Once the low of 149.05 was taken out,that's it....we're out,stops triggerred,we look for something else.Technical books will even tell you that this qualifies as a false breakout,and once the low of the bar is taken out,we not only sell but looking to short especially below the base of 145.

Just sharing......so that once this pattern occurs again to us,we'll be ready the next time!
