Indo Cound, yes sideways consolidation for now with low liquidity. It's not been able to hold above 32 for a while, and doesn't break below 28 either.
It's a wait and watch till it closes above 32-33 and holds there. When it does breakout of its range we could assess a possible target, but nothing at this point. It could be a sharp move quite likely after all this consolidation. See what happens over the next couple of days...could follow up again.

Thote is shud add... indo count cud be a retail play they had announced major plans of getting into retail of hometextiles..chk if they are a manufacturer of cotton yar (ram mat for home textiles)
if that is the case their prodn cost is protected and u mite get a long temr play here in indo count.

howevr my personla fav in textile remains to be Welspun India..which is in the same prod segment as indo count...
Welspun already 40 stores nationwide and is the 4th biggest manufacturer of towels in the world..has a solid order book..if u order a towel now u can get it only by the 2007 end..lol.
Its trading wit thin volumes at 110..at a trailing pe of 17..think there is definite case of 50 percent appreciation..hwver it is very chunky in its moves and wil test ur patience..
Temasek also has a huge holding in it..

Post merger the holders of VedionIntl will be alloted certain numbers of shares of Vediocon Industries instead and I'm not sure of the dates or the number of shares to be alloted.
The advantage would remain with the holders of videoconIntl I'm sure.
