Crude & Equities

If Crude continues to rise the way it is rising, Nifty might be at 5800 - 6000 in no time. However, crude will lead to the market correcting once its rise is over. I know this sounds illogical and absurd, but Equities and Crude have always shared a positive correlation of 0.7+. So as far as Crude is rising, there is no need to panic. The pace of Crude will push up equities even faster. But as we scale new levels, one should be cautious and concerned. As of now I think Nymex is comfortably heading towards 120+ and I think Equities will follow soon towards 5800 +. Rise will be fast and furious.

Just an opinion of how things might play out.

SG - many a times in the last 4-5 days when I've been flirting with Suzy ... saw that always ours is the last order to be executed .. always !!

Even today in IFCI .. the buy order of mine at 42.20 was last to be executed i.e. no mre buyers at this rate AND sell at 42.95 AND 43.20 BOTH were same .. me was last seller ...

And before people start wondering where 43.20 comes into the picture .. went long again at 43.10 .. got a bit fearful so exited at 43.20 and then wham .. boom .. 43.80-43.95 .. man oh man ...

SM bhai, last order being executed at your limit price belongs to you? can you be confident about it? :!

Of course Sudris .. unless if there are hidden orders BUT from what I saw real-time, it took at least 15-20 seconds for them to give the lot and only 8000 was the qty left in the bid vol i.e. 1 lot.

Same with the sell at 42.95
