Hi,

Can anyone explain why the noticeable difference between SESAGOA-May Future (cmp 427.10) and Underlying Value (cmp 432.95). Generally, Futures are always trade at a premium to spot. Why negative premium?

IT is not called NEgative Premium....... When the FUt are at A lower price than the SPOT value ... then we say the FUT are at a discount...

About Sesa Goa:
1. The sensex was expected to FALL today due to weak economic indicators
2. Even though people on TV are fools, if Mr. Sudarshan Sukhani give clear signal on under performing, maybe you can't be bearish on them, but at least don't take opposite position.
3. Now the stock also has bottomed out. Now it is very attractive.

I have bought these shares and recommended the same on my moneyvidya.com account. :clap:

The share had completed its bull run last month. Please keep putting stoploss level in all your share purchases and be extra cautious of its futures. This might be the next Balrampur Chini, which completed its bull run and now keeps on breaking all DMA levels and will soon touch its 52 week lows.
Also, its a wise decision to keep noting what other analysts are saying about the stock. (you can listen to Sudarshan or young analysts of Moneyvidya.com). The more people talk about it, the better are its prospects
