TS, fine maybe. But sugar? Hmmm... Remember sweets season of Diwali is over. Besides, Mayawati is angry at them, going after them with a stick to start crushing the sugarcane immediately!

I might be wrong at the conclusion that I draw from these two. But then it's OK to be wrong than be a Goofy!

As far as I know, Sugar commodity prices are rising globally. Its supposedly something "cyclical" and now is a time for sugar stocks to rise, before they fall again and the cycle continues...

You're right, sir. They go in cycles. And commodity stocks are a far safer bet, if I may add.
But as I said: My conclusion might be wrong.

If I had received the call from the Broker on wednesday......looking at EOD chart it does look very good, but perhaps would have entered only 50% quantity on wednesday.......& and balance in two equal parts on some pull back....I would say it is a Good Call from the broker....

I would say a conservative figure of +500 quite easily....

TATASTEEL go ahead and buy the January Future.... so you don't need to spend more on rolling over.....But don't jump in first thing when the market opens....

BH - Hold off for a bit...considering sugar futures have taken some beating on the International Markets..... there might be something else that you might be able to play postional.....let me get my bearings.... have just returned....

Will get back later in the evening whether I have anything or not.
