In Chapter-II of this thread, in the first post Savant has given links to some useful links. One of them is for NSE historical data by docvijay. You can get the link there.

Wow what a turnaround last couple of days.Game is over now for bulls and we can see much lower levels as money is taken off the table by GS and other biggies. The nail in the coffin could be the budget with some negative surprises.

I lost a lot on 21st and in hindsight even though i got out at loss but i feel i got out lightly as its not markets responsibility to keep goin up.A lot of big hurdles went kaput in the last couple of days and charts have turned negative.

If we don`t turn around quickly from this then more pain ahead. Thanks to OBAMA.

Are you a bull or bear or a hybrid?

First you say that charts have turned negative.

Then you say that there is a possibility that we may turn upwards from here?

Why these unclear statements?

Re: Market correction

Hello,

There is some guy name Airbus who gives his Nifty opinion on his blog & he posted following on 12th Jan'2010 when market were only looking up & no sign of correction. I didnot give much importance to his opinion apart from just glancing at it. Now that market has turned around all of a sudden, I remembered his writing which is as below :

Quote

Upload Date: 12th JAN, 2010

NIFTY (5249)

Pivot Point trading levels for the Month of JAN is as under.
S2 S1 PIVOT R1 R2
4844 5023 5122 5301 5400

Pivot Point trading levels for the YEAR 2010 is as under.
S2 S1 PIVOT R1 R2
1638 3419 4321 6102 7004

Negative divergence is seen on Nifty Charts which is a sign of concern going forward, but it is hard to say with pin point accuracy of start of an impending correction.

It has been observed that next year's candle always intrudes into previous year's candle by atleast 25% if not more, which can take us to a level of 4500 in the least. Other indicators are also pointing towards this target. When will it start correcting? It can happen from as early as tomorrow or a week later or a month later, hard to say but it will happen is what I can say.

Cheers
Airbus

UNQUOTE

Though he has not given any technical analysis how he reached this conclusion but on the hindsight now it seems he was not too far from reality & only remains to be seen if we will actually go till 4500 or change gear earlier. Does anyone has any idea what could be basis of his analysis ?

Re: Stocks To Keep A Close Eye On - Chapter II

HI Anant,

Thank you for the new updated AFL. I am facing one issue while running the automatic analysis. The output only gives me the triggers but no SL or target values. I have tried changing the options under parameters which is Trigs or update or tgt-SL but output remains the same.
Have just started with Ami and may be missing something here. Pls clarify.

Thanks,

Scorpio

Ok one question do you guys have the full version of Ambi Broker. Because when I try to run the analysis it gives me error saying only 5 securities at a time.

Well, i've been reading this thread for quite sometime but i really feel this thread has been deviated from its goal, i really cant find a stock where one has to keep a close eye. Please advice me where to look for such stocks.
