@SG,

I shorted equal numbers of positional trades after cracking lows keeping SL at highs. Thinking not to loose much on slide. Covered at the close.

Is it called hedging in cash?

Why not ?... don't be the once bitten twice shy types.. you will never be able to better the markets.

A year ago I was almost wiped out , but with the help of SG i have now learnt how to control my emotions ( though am sure there is a long way to go ) and do much better.

watch ur ledger initialy and take trades when ur sure . Once u develop a winning way to trade you will taste success .

Thanks for this tip. I sold this stock for profit today from 90 to 92 then shorted it at 90.5 and covered at 89.1. Made good pocket money....considering what happened today....:thumb:

Today India VIX is up 11.73% Vs Nifty which is 1.98% down.

Is it useful to see some divergence between these two? A bit of enlightenment is expected.
