Raunak ,

So you did not find any good thing about you in my post?
I tried to write that no one should follow any one blindly especially TAs who follows charts because of 2 reasons: 1: Charts give you only short term view and 2: there is always lag in action (because charts are drawn on historical data) .
I guess even you keep advising the same that people should learn rather following you, in your thread + keep drinking cold water/milk during trading (on lighter side)

Good that you remember that incident; it is a sign of a professional trader. I do not remember exact thread/post and wording of your post but you wrote- you will stop postings as you had received many bad msg. After that you went on a vacation (Canada?). If you want to find who are many more people dig more your thread around that post you will find those innocents and please read your own post which you posted during that time (I don't remember exact wording) .

If you talk about people making profit from your post then I guess you are forgetting THE basic fundamental of trading/Investing i.e to save your capital(otherwise it would be like giving right to parents to kill their own children because they gave life to them ).Not losing your capital is more important than earning. But of course people should know the risk related with share market.

At last I would like to say that I don't have any personal grudge with you but I find your trading very bookish. You would have seen me seeking your advices whenever I needed any theoretical knowledge. Going on your "line" I would like to advise people to learn and earn" rather believing any one blindly.

Good luck for your future endeavours and plans to become fund manager.

Good night.
Sirjeeeeeeeeeeee,

Not loosing your money is very importeant, but are you in this market only to not loose your money..... ?????.. The beter way is go for Fixed Deposits..:

You Say... here, TAs are not dependable, because of 2 reasons blaaaa blaa. ok. Then you also advice people to learn and earn...... Are you talking about learn FA.... Or, are you also from those TV-pets TAs & FAs who pay money to TV channals to loot the aam amdmi..:annoyed::annoyed:

Sincerely speaking, even though you have mentioned here that you have no personal grudge to Raunk, but your post does not look like it dear.

You can see my joining date here. Before joining here I knew nothing about TA. And for your informtion I earned more than 10 lakhs in a single trade of RELMEDIA only because of Mr. Raunak Agarwals timely advice.

I hope you must have lso earned from his advices......

With Regards,
Gangadharan.:)

Sirs,

I am occasional visitor of this site. I donot have system or programmes of any sort. I am presently running an autoriskaw to run my family and daily expenses since I am unemployed though I am a graduate.

I sold my piece of land for Rs.3 lacs. With half i have purchased an autorikshaw and other half i have invested in shares.

I have invested in shares. Belived in paid tips. Played intraday. Held shares for days and months. I tried reading some books on swing trading, technical analysis and tried my luck.

My initial capital of Rs.1,50,000 is now reduced to Rs.70,000/-.

Presently holding 1000 shares @ rs.27/- and 400 shares @ rs.51.30/-.

I request learned members here to advice me the fate of these shares whether to hold or sell.

Also, a reshuffle of money to atleast recover my some lost amount.

I would be grateful to you all for making me financially viable.

Thnks.

Friend,

Which company shares do you hold? When did you buy them and at what price?

sorry for the lapse.

1000 of Hindmotors
400 of Shantigear

both of them purchased last friday on recommendation of broker.
From Savantji's strict warning:
Never buy on broker's recommendation's, it's always useless rather than useful
They are making there Bread & Butter from you brokerage, so they are not interested in your WIN nor LOSS
As far as you require some suggestions on your current investments, I'll suggest you to ask Savantji for that.
Where as if you are thinking for retailation to the markets for you loss, than don't ever think of it. You can't retaliate, in retaliation you will loose all you money. Be paitence and invest in bullish scrips.

HindMotor has been a dog for many months with very little up or down movement. But recently, there was a sharp increase in trading volumes in it. There might be something cooking in the background.

Shanti gears also had a spurt of volume increase and has risen from 47 to 53 in a week.

Lets see what Savant Sir says about these two scripts in the evening.

In my opinion, hold these shares for a while.

Cheers!

Rajeabc,

It is very much correct that those people who claim TA & FA in medias are looting the innocent people...... But if you learn TA and create a habit of taking responsibility of your trade then no one can harm you. I depend media for trading in a different way. When I hear a buy call or sell call from a so-called Media TAs the first thing I do is that I check it with my system and studies. If I become sure that it is a fake call I will trade against their call on depending retracement levels.

But If you say that Raunak belongs to them, It is very difficult to believe at least for me. I admit that you have the right of developing your own style of trading and you should not like the style of Raunak. But when you say it in a public forum like this, you also have an ethical responsibility to brief his mistakes. If you are saying just because that you lost money by following his style of trading that shows the inability of you to take responsibility of your trades.

If the question comes of blindly believing Technical, I think Technical analysis work as a specks for my eye.

I believe it is technicians who run all the markets. As you know that FA is only necessary in investments, do you believe that only investing run this market to high and lows. It is trading that swing the market here and there.
And for trading only TA works

Gangadharan:)

Mr. SCF,
I hope, Mr. Gauharjk, and other wise people on this thread will have a good news for you shortly. And soon your ledger would be in black.

But when I read ...on recommendation of broker...a very similar and recent wound opened-up again. Thanks to Mr. SG's comforting words, I felt OK. But let me share my two-bit learning out of it:

Pimp (Dalaa!) and Broker (Dalal) are twins. We trust Broker because the word sounds politically correct, that's all.

All the best

Shanti gear has some fundamentals to back it.As the company is showing signs of turnaround. So depending on your purchase price it can be a hold.Hind motor is a pure speculation. You never know what the stock does, as it goes only on rumours.
