Is this MA's residence .. does it not look like some 5/6 boxes/jhooparpatties piled on top of each other ?

Yes the insides and the exteriors would be a world class phenomena .. no doubting that BUT from what you see like .. if one does not mention the owner and the building .. then ?

Among scores of disclosures that are likely to cause uproar, the cables detail:

• Grave fears in Washington and London over the security of Pakistan's nuclear weapons programme, with officials warning that as the country faces economic collapse, government employees could smuggle out enough nuclear material for terrorists to build a bomb.
• Suspicions of corruption in the Afghan government, with one cable alleging that vice-president Zia Massoud was carrying $52m in cash when he was stopped during a visit to the United Arab Emirates. Massoud denies taking money out of Afghanistan.
• How the hacker attacks which forced Google to quit China in January were orchestrated by a senior member of the Politburo who typed his own name into the global version of the search engine and found articles criticising him personally.
• Allegations that Russia and its intelligence agencies are using mafia bosses to carry out criminal operations, with one cable reporting that the relationship is so close that the country has become a "virtual mafia state".
• The extraordinarily close relationship between Vladimir Putin, the Russian prime minister, and Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian prime minister, which is causing intense US suspicion. Cables detail allegations of "lavish gifts", lucrative energy contracts and the use by Berlusconi of a "shadowy" Russian-speaking Italiango-between.
• Devastating criticism of the UK's military operations in Afghanistan by US commanders, the Afghan president and local officials in Helmand. The dispatches reveal particular contempt for the failure to impose security around Sangin – the town which has claimed more British lives than any other in the country.
• Some insults to world leaders, as collected by the Telegraph:

* Nicolas Sarkozy: The French president is an "emperor with no clothes," with a “thin-skinned” and “authoritarian” manner.

* Angela Merkel: The German chancellor "avoids risks and is rarely creative."

* Moammar Gadhafi: The Libyan leader can't travel without what one diplomat described as his “voluptuous blond” Ukrainian nurse.

* Hamid Karzai: The Afghan president is “an extremely weak man who did not listen to facts but was instead easily swayed by anyone who came to report even the most bizarre stories or plots against him.”

* Silvio Berlusconi: The Italian prime minister is "physically and politically weak” in Italy, and "feckless, vain, and ineffective" on the European stage. "His “frequent late nights and penchant for partying hard mean he does not get sufficient rest," a diplomat observes.

* Kim Jong Il: The "flabby old chap" ruling North Korea has suffered "physical and psychological trauma" as a result of his stroke.

* Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev: Russian prime minister Putin's macho, "alpha dog" style has helped him bond with Berlusconi, but President Medvedev—officially the senior partner in government—"plays Robin” to Putin's Batman.
• Other revelations include a description of a near "environmental disaster" last year over a rogue shipment of enriched uranium
• The cables published today reveal how the US uses its embassies as part of a global espionage network, with diplomats tasked to obtain not just information from the people they meet, but personal details, such as frequent flyer numbers, credit card details and even DNA material.

Very bad exits today. Profit could have quadrapuled with a bit more luck...
You know mate what's the best part here..you got it right 6 times outta 7! You didnt wait till eternity to make one particular scrip work for you..rather you focussed on 6 others that gave you profit..never mind the BGR..it's not really easy for newbies like us to enter a scrip that has already run up 10-20%..that will come with time..looking at the other side of the coin, how about getting this profit ratio on a consistent basis..say 70-80% times? perhaps more than the profit what will give you more satisfaction is that fact that, you are getting it right and that's a bigger boost..this method will take time to recover your Titan loss but there is always a beginning..right?!

If nothing else..the lines..barbadiyo ka shok manana fizool tha..barbadiyo ka jasn manata chala gaya..provides a great deal of solace..;)

No problems friend, You have made the very first post at the right place.. and in the right thread..Let me introduce to you the Special characters in the thread...

SG bhai ( Savant Garde) : Follow what he says.. our mentor....

Goofy : Nice friend of ours.. every one likes him.. one thing.. at times you have to keep a good dictionary with you, to understand his Jargons and Euphemisms. But he is a serious follower of SG bro..simply implements what he says

GauharJK and Prashant Patel : Our other two friends.. who often get " Gaali" from SG bro and advices from Goofy bro..

Talisman: A passive observer, most of the times.. but an ardent follower of all posts here..

Stock Muratza : He is a "Wolfe". Jumps in to trades at correct times, but then cross verifies it with our mentor SG, before taking it..

Alroyraj: Always to the point.... No other "options" with him.

PGDIMES : Does not depend much on anyone for making his successful trades

Nbolar : He is like Rajnikanth.. Enters at right time.. seeks correct opinion from SG bro.. and turns to a silent observer of this thread.. Does not make unnecessary typing like this one.

Gangadharan: Self reliant, Hedging is his favorite..

Saivenkat : Don't Consider me.. often blah.. blah.. something which is often incongruent.

Kooldude1411, Deneb, and Mindlesstrader : These friends are silent Follower, Conservative traders!!

Why are Diplomatic cables kept secret in US and other countries? Why Wikileaks is a danger to governments...?

Simonetta said:
When the US State Department classifies a cable as secret, it's usually because of some situation that will embarrass the pants off of someone there.

Let' look at a typical situation that results in a 'classified secret' set of missives:

The US undersecretary of African Affairs refers to the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the People's Democratic Republic of Bongo as a 'retarded monkey' because he stole half of the $150 million NGO grant for an egg farm and deposited it directly into his Swiss bank account without first wiring it through the Cayman Islands like the undersecretary told him to do. Now the transaction is transparent and the undersecretary won't get his $155,000 consultancy fee from the hedge fund firm that his Yale frat brother runs down there that was supposed to handle the transaction in the first place.

The situation is compounded by the fact that the US undersecretary and the Bongoian Deputy Minister are sharing a mistress who is a top fashion model. The undersecretary made the remark about the DM to his mistress in bed and she texted it to her sister in Paris. The communication was intercepted by the NSA/CIA and put into an official memo to the State Department. Now the DM will be pissed as hell and will make all sorts of accusations of 'USA imperialism' and 'racist corporate profiteering' at the United Nations. The undersecretary will have to buy the DM a new Mercedes to cool him down and get passed over for promotion until a new Secretary of the State Dept is appointed after the next election.

The only person who might be killed is the mistress/fashion model if she makes the mistake of going back to Bongo before the Deputy Minister gets his new Mercedes. Even then, she better allow the DM to indulge his special inclinations lest she find herself floating down the Bongo river, trying to catch up with her head.

-------- This is how diplomacy works and why all these cables have to be kept secret. Let's hope that the WikiLeaks people had the sense to make multiple copies and distributing them widely before announcing that they were going to post all this stuff!
