Remember DJSinha, Didi The BB AFL, Where He Put The Filter Line Of 250000, Which Would Filter Out Illiquid Stocks, Same Line With Probably Same Figure Can Be Added To Your Filter, You May Want To Experient With The Figures Though.

Firstly, Don't Open An Account With Any Banks (ICICI, HDFC & Etc.)
Most Brokerages Are Bound By SEBI & Exchange Regulations, Therefore Look
For One That Is Close To You.
They Try This Thing About How Much Turnover You Are Going To Be Trading
Tell Them Turnover Is Immaterial.
Look For Following Brokerage Rates For Equity & F&O
Equity: 0.15-0.20% For Delivery, 0.015-0.020% Charged Only One Side For Intraday Square Up.
F&O: Rs.50-60 Per Options Contract
0.02% For Futures Contract Same For Delivery & Intraday Charged Only
One Side
Free Trading Account (No Opening Charges) & Also Demat Where First AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) Is Free So That You Don't Incur Any Charges When You SELL Shares.
You Could Open With Whoever You Feel Comfortable With, But Remain Vigilant At All Times, Keep A Daily Tab Of All Contracts & Your Ledger & Most Importantly Any Correspondence Or Cheques Sent Or Received, Always Have An Acknowledged Copy (Company Stamp, Date, Time & Signature) With You On File Also Never Delete Any Emails Sent By You or By Them. Don't Discuss Important Issues On The Phone Unless & Until You Can Keep A Record Of The Conversation.
If You Keep To These, You Should Not Have Any Problem With Them.
