This is the chart for Larsen & Toubro(NSE: LT).
By observing the MACD, I anticipated that by Thursday, ie today, we can get a SELL signal. But the price action is oppposite.

I think it was my mistake to anticipate. I should have waited till they actually crossed each other.

I Have Said Keep It Simple & You Will Have The Most Powerful System, If You Notice Crossover Is Still Up In Bullish Zone....So Why Are You Looking At So Many Indicators....

To Illustrate My Point Of Simplicity: If You Have Two Wrsit Watches & Both Of Them Give You Differing Time Of The Day, How Will You Know Which Is Correct.

I Have 2 Systems That Use Only 2 MAs

System-I

a) 5 & 6 MA With BB (Bollinger Band) (Close 9, 2)

System-II

a) 20 & 50 MA

Crossover Of Smaller MA Is A Trigger For BUY In Both The System, BB Is Used To Alert Us If The Stock Has Had A Parabolic Rise, Which May Indicate The Following

a) Breakout From The Range

b) Overbought, Meaning It Can Come Down In The Near Term.

20/50 Is Used For Longish Trigger That Is The One With Target Price & S/L Starts A Little Deep.

5/6 Is Used For My BUYHOLD List, 5/6 Is Also Good For Intraday If Following The Chart To Trade

In Terms Of Signal, At Times You Will Get It On The Same Day Or 5/6 Will Trigger A Little Earlier Than 20/50
