seems like a cup & handle formation in progress in SRF. with a target of 200 -230.

but, in the short term there appears to be some weakness.

so, possible trade should be buy above recent high of 150.

Hi Savant,

1. EDUCOMP is a guy which bounces back on retracement. Hates being dumped but quite volatile.

2. Missed the bus with ONGC, LICSHGFIN both ending the day 4- 5 % up. Both gave movement during and around the lunch break.

3.Both IDBI, SINTEX were flat.

4. IDFC was volatile. Waiting for it to crack 142 inview of your target of 160+

5. Losses incurred today of 15,000/- for going short on SUZLON and TATAMOTORS.

6.Played wrong on the TATAMOTORS as CRISIL downgraded it's ratings; anticipating a whipsaw. But the market did not react much to it.
Went back to the drawing board and saw that huge open interest has been built up on SUZLON at 101 level. So it is perilious to go short on this one before that level is reached unless done tech charts for intraday .

7. Shall look at SCI, NALCO, LICSGHFIN, ORCHID tommorrow. BTW ORCHID ended the day 10% up with high open interest.

8. What are the prospects of ASHOKLEYLAND for FNO ? It has built up huge open interest @ 37.75 level and the CMP is 36.10. The lot size is 9550. Your revised target of this one is 47.

SUZLON Was Bad Choice To Go Short, Check My Comments When It Had Triggered SELL & Check The S/L Update For Same.

Yesterday EDUCOMP Was Down Almost 114 Bucks, Therefore It Was A Good Bet To Go Long

Don't Watch Ratings Or Bad News Without Verifying What Is Happening On The Chart, I Stand Guilty Of Repeating Myself....It Is Alway Price ! Price !! Price !!!

Whatever You Missed Today Doesn't Mean That It Will Work Tomorrow, Not The Same As Buying Stocks, That Is Why Playing Derivatives Is 'Different'

I Do Not Track OIs At All.....No Use For The Way I Trade.

Tomorrow Is A Different Day & I Am Sure Usual Suspects Maybe Out For Tomorrow & Some Unsuspecting Ones May Creep In.

But One Clue I Will Give You Whatever You Do TOMORROW, Play Long & Short At The Same Time With 2 Different Stocks....Short The Weak & Go Long With Strength.
