Rizuk,

If Your Reasons For Buying Shares Is Based On Your Personal Experience Of The Companies Products....Then What Is The Reason For Selling....:)

Wah Wah

But what a coincidence . . I was going to ask you about Pidilite Industries . . I cant do technical analysis and also cant read charts . . so I try to buy the shares of the companies which make good products . . the ones which I personally use and like (if you think its humorous . . then its unintentional :D ) and Fevicol is a one such product . . in the past I have bought many shares by this method . . I go to PVR to watch movies . . I think its a damn good multiplex, so bought and sold its shares . . and for the same reason I bought the shares of Nilkamal and Sintex :D

PS: Of course this method is changing after getting invaluable help from this thread :)

Bad Customer Service? :)

I am "married" to Airtel and trade RCom for the same reason ...

On a serious note, the point that Rizuk makes is something I also used to do in my past life as a just "long term" hold and buy kind of investor. It is more true for FMCG products - I had caught Venkys, 3M etc before it caught the institutional interest because I could sense they either were in segments in hardly any competition or had unique products.

Even now, when I am forced to go shopping (my marital status is now obvious), I keep an eye for what is moving on the shelves. Ofcourse now, I come back and look at the charts etc ...

Enygma.

Sorry for diverting from the topic discussed. But i was reading thru this and couldn't resist posting my first post here. I am a newbie and started going through this site very recently and became a member as well. I must admit that people here are very honest and got good sense of humor (this is much needed when we are handling with money but most people lose it here). You guys are also very informative and prompt in sharing details. I am impressed and intend to spend more time here.
Thanks

Hi Izzner,

Anyways, Your Re-Entry Was @ 169.00....

By The Way, I Know As Futures Trader, Trading A Few Hundred Shares Will Not Seem Like So Much Fun....Hmmmm...You Have Tasted Blood, My Friend

Anyways Trading The Same Scrip, Of Which You Are Holding The Future Lot Is A Very Good Thing....Was Going To Discuss About It At A Later Date...Cause It Is A Bit Complicated.....But Now, I Won't Need To...Since You Are Already Doing It....

Did You Have A Look At Stock Fututres Thread....There Are Some Triggers There....But Be A Little Careful Don't Just Jump In First Thing In The Morning...Considering Tomorrow Is Expiry

Anyways, Watch The Market & Pickup A Few 4700 CALL SEP Of Nifty At A Good Down Thrust....& Also A Couple Of NF Also At An Appropriate Time During The Market....:)

Re: GSPL and ROLTA

Guys,

Rolta is also being marked down for supply testing. I feel the test will be successful.
PC: 181.85
SAR: 177
TGT: 195 - 205 in 4 sessions.

Let us see how these ones perform.
But Rolta look overbought in CCI and the last candle was red which pierced the upper BB, so it should actually trigger a SELL.. what do you say ??
