Can anybody throw some light on TCS and SUZLON?? These scrips ended in green for the second consecutive day even though Indices closed in red.. What the charts saying about these scrips??? I am holding these on small profit.. What could be the near term target (say for 1 week)???

my take:-
SUZLON has resistance at 98-100 so i guess once this is broken 110 is next stop.

Holding 300 at average 96.
Savant sir has already told to hold,so holding on:thumb:

I have bought the 2 lots of 4700 CE for 131.95 now the CMP is 100... can anyone tell me how much exactly am I loosing...

what happens if I square off now... at 100.. how much do I loose... I dunno anything abt options...


I havent done any trade till now.. coz I dunno what/how much MTM I need to hold on to the position...

BTW where can I learn abt options...

You will be loosing 100 ( since 2 lots ) * ( 131.95 - 100 ) = 3195.00

You are loosing 31.95 per lot - one lot 50 shares - so 3195 as of now.

If you square off now, you will get back 100 *2 lots * 50 = 10,000 bucks back.

You dont need any margin to hold on to a option you have bought nor any MTM happens on this. Only if you write options, will you have to keep margins.

IF you will suare off @100rs , you will loose 31.90

points means rs 1595/- + bokerage per lot.

It is published by Man financials. Search their website "manfutures dot com" for downloading. There is a booklet on futures also on the same website under the tab 'Education'.
