Seniors,

am new to TA. have read about Trends,SMA,BB,oscilators etc and will read more about patterns. After going thru this thread from the start I concluded that this is all we need to learn abt TA and we need not learn complex methods like elliot's wave or fibonaci or VSA etc.

am I right or I should read these (or other)complex things about TA as well?

I was wondering if there is any charting tool that uses extrapolation to find future targets and dates etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extrapolation

While Their Is No End To Learning.....Having Said That.... Whatever I Thought Has Worked Consistently Has Already Been Discussed & You Have Indicated....Them In Your Post...

Let's Say These Strategies/System Are My Personal Favourites...& Has Kept Me On The Right Side Of Trades...With Excellent Risk Reward Ratio... In The Meantime...Have Had Relatively More Time To Explore Other Passions In Life.

In some posts, Ken and Enygma had talked about strategies used by you. I was trying to check 5/6 SMA with BB 9,2 setting. Day before yesterday, bought this script based on how I comprehended things. I found Everonn with 5/6 cross over with BB 9, providing the impetus. I got it at 388 near the crossover point and guess what, it is quoting around 426. I don't know whether my interpretation was right or wrong despite this price increase.

Do check this whenever you get time. If I am right, well..I will be double happy...

Checked the charts - yes, you got it right at the crossover point of 5/6 SMA. Although note that BBs do not play much role in this. Yesterday it has touched the upper BB but that is just the power of the crossover

Thanks once again.
With the volume registered today, I guess I can push my luck for a day or two.

I also wanted to ask, as you said, BB does not play much of a role here so in what condition we should give more weightage in our analysis? To check the support/resistance thing or in other schemes like 20/50 crossover or EMA 20? Or BB method should be take in isolation?
