i am having 1,25,000 and i want to generate an income of 6500 monthly from this will it be possible ya?

i need an system or method kind of thing to execute this thing.will you help in this regard.
constraints:
1. i need to generate 6500 monthly .

2.i can spend only 4 hrs during market time.
