Stocks To Keep A Close Eye On

Hi Dipesh,

First Read The Details Properly Of Each Of The Triggers.

It Is Immaterial How Much You Want To Invest Each Month.

Let's Say You Have 20K Now To Invest, Then Choose Only Two Scrips Fom The List, Which Will Give You An Allocation Of 10K For Each.

Since, The Number Of Shares To Be Purchased Is Based On Allocation Of 20K For Each Scrip, Simply Pick Up Half The Quantity & If Half Happens To Be A Fraction, You May Round It Of On The Higher Side.

Be Mindful Of S/L Mentioned, Incase S/L Is Reached Please Check For Updates In Chapter-II, Normally It Should Be An Exit, But Sometmes I Override The S/L Exit...

You Will Need To Decide Which Two Scrips.

Thank you sir ji for replying. I have another query though. As you suggested, I should pick 2 stocks from the above list assuming allocation of 10 K for each scrip. Now, suppose I pick PNB and Jaysreetea which will require around 3K investment. Now, should I allot remaining 17K for this scrips only or should I allot that amount for your next trigger. As per my understanding, I should keep 17 K exclusively for these scrips. Am I right sirji????

Yes DB, you have got it correctly. Thats the way one is supposed to allocate the capital to each scrip. Rest depends upon your risk appetite. From my personal experience I can vouch for this method, though initially it will seem like just 3/4/5? Why should I keep rest of the money idle? But then, you know market has its own mood swings and during those volatile period, this idle capital will help in adding/averaging while price is on its way up or down. As you go forward, you will be able to decide on your own about your risk propensity and number of shares to be purchased. Till then, take it slowly and things will work out just fine.

All the best...:)

Hi Dipesh,

In Addition To What Talisman Has Added, Whichever Scrips You Decide To Pickup...Keep The Balance Allocated To Those Scrips For Next 15-22 Days.

Incase, They Keep Appearing Again During The Next 15-22 Days...Use The Balance To Add The Recommended Quantities As & When They Appear.

Dipesh,

Whatever Triggers Are Generated Is Explained By Me In Chapter-II Which Has Been Collected By Kenneth & Put Together & The Link For It Is In The First Post.

Moreover, Triggers Have Nothing To Do With MACD Or RSI Or 200SMA

thanks a lot sirjee :thumb:

Hi Rishi,

Have Had Look In Detail At The Thread & Strategy...

Here Is My View On It:

a) Strategy Encourages Margin Trading On Intraday, I Am Totally Against Margin Trading Even For Intraday...Unless You Have Taken A Position With A View Of Taking Delivery & It Jumps Up Quite A Bit...Then One Can Exit The Whole Or Part Of That Entry.

b) Strategy ONLY Takes Wins Into The Statistics Presented

c) Moreover, The Whole Game Changes....Once You Reach 1.0 L & Therefore Your Exposure Can Go Upto 10-12L...It Will Be Very Very Difficult Almost Impossible To Enter With 10-12 Lacs..For A Single Entry.

d) There Is Nothing Exceptional To ADX.... There Are Dozens Of Them Out There Which Give You Entry & Exits....It Depends What Ones Comfort Level Is With The Indicator.

e) Statistics Mentioned Is Misleading To Say The Least.

f) In My Opnion Most Of The Readers Of The Thread In Question Are More Taken In By The Statistics Than Anything Else.
