In all this Mess one Good news

Sumit has made 360 pips profit with lazy boy...

He has asked a very interesting question... Lazy boy only gives one entry.. and if i get out of the trade, I have to wait for the next crossover with whatever profit that i booked... (i believe sumit exits with 20 pips normally)

Now that's one way of looking at it.. the otherway that i observed is very interesting...

For retracements, you normally get only one entry and then there is a signal in the opposite direction, but for all the good 60-100 pips trends in eu, one thing common that I have noticed is this....

I enter in 30 m TF, once I book my profits... I open the 1H time frame and wait for a confirmation.... once I get a new signal, I enter and ride the trend... once i book profits, i wait for a 4H confirmation.... if you might have observed all big trends begin in the smaller tfs and spread across the bigger tfs, except few, where almost all of them were waiting for abreakout... there the profits are amazing...

Hi Freinds ,
I have been testing lazy boy on gbp/jpy with 5 min TF. 3 trades taken with profit of 45 pips. Exit strategy is booking profit of 10-20pips. Edward requested me to post chart here. So here is the chart.

Boy, you have balls to play on GJ on 5 min. But very very well done. If you can churn 45 on GJ on 5 min, I am sure you can make 50 on EU+GU on 5 min combined.

Very well done and congrats.

Its all lazy boy system. well what problem I cud have if the system is working.
I am also good at blowing. Few months back when I first opened demo forex account I turned 5000 to 10000 with standard lot and then blown out those 10k :p

Lets see for how long it works on 5 min

You will not blow your account with a good system if you do your Money Management right.

Dont use excessive risk per trade(for retail traders, keep it under 5%) and with the kind of accuracy the system has displayed around, I am sure, you wont be good at Blowing( :p ) anymore.

Hi Edward .
I have question for you.
Is 3 pips filter is same for all timeframes?

will not 5 min tf require less pip filter and 4H TF require greater pip filter ?

Hi Edward
was nice to see people to be interesting to share and discuss or try to make a strategy.. and i have to say to you "Bravo Edward, nice job".
Last night i was reading this thread i went up to page 8
i was reading with one of my eye open the other one was sleeping, any way me too i am using Amibroker and this morning i start to write the code. but i have one question to you about the moving average.

In the candles area... you have three lines
1. a green line which is the 50 ma line.
2. Yellow line - Ed's Moving Average, this is a modified moving average....
3. Red line
