super traders means traders who trade daily (doesnt necessarily have to b intradaytraders) and heavily for more than 10lakhs.
u dont have necessarily to do technical analysis as it does not have any connection with subbroker.just for ur personal trading u do then its better.the only advantage of doing technical analysis is that u can give some trading tips to ur clients(which ul be anyway given by ur franchisse head office).if u do cfta i.e certified financial technical analyst course then its very good.it has very good scope in india as well as in abroad.tv channels ul hire u(such as cnbc,ndtvprofit)and ul pay u handsomely.u can try abroad also as there r lot of emerging markets like brazil southafrica hangseng kospi etc etc.
