Closing positions which are in Green and leaving positions which are in Red is not prudent. Thatz because it neglects wise say "Cut your losses and let your profits run". If green ones also turn into red, then thats altogether a different story.

Closing all positions simultaneously is somewhat wise. :thumb:

well what i have is other thing in my mind...To close the red position and placing a trailing stoploss every day in the morning of the green stocks or which are still running...

Otherthen Powergrid which i accumulated yesterday for all the stocks that are on delivery, i have put a stoploss sell orders...if all the orders are hit then will be standing on the profit of 52000 on them. Once that is done, will review some stocks and enter them again in night. Sorry guys as the thread has deviated from the original purpose. But will be coming back soon. Untill then, take care. here is the stoploss points that i have set. Lets c in the evening how many of them have hit. As i consulted with savant sir once, the delivery shares i am having might not outperform the index, so better review and make it again. Cause some of the delivery shares are giving sell signal to me already like ibrealest, relcapital, sesagoa etc. so better to take profit rather then seeing them erode gradually.

i bought at 350.20...stoploss at 350.15 no profit loss other then brokerage...

Looking for it to close above 360 on hourly basis and if closed then will hold for 370 atleast...untill then i am trailing the stoploss.
