Today Trades: (13.01.2014)

Trade 1:

Short 5682 to 5690 = 8 points loss

Trade 2:

Long 5690 to 5672 = 18 points loss

Trade 3:

Short 5672 to 5676 = 4 Points loss

Trade 4:

Long 5676 to 5656 = 20 points loss as per closing rate (BTST)

The last trade is to be carried over as BTST Position in crude

Today loss for 18 lots is 106700 rupees

Dear TT ,

why you not calculate brokerage in Loss trade days.
Yesterday LTP is 5647 . but closing price is 5656.

The image has been calculated under 5647. but settlement was made at 5656 by MCX. so 9 points difference may be taken for brokerage.

i am also calculating brokerages and other slippages on losing days also.. check the previous posts

You should have traded with 1 lot, as the date is 13 th.
 
Tough day yesterday ..but i'm sure you'll get back up today .. and btw Happy Pongal!

You trade using 15 mins candles - can using hourly candle reduce whipsaws? - Less signals but more profits.

I'm sure you have had success with your current strategy but just want to know your ideas - i plan to trade Crude on hourly charts.

My chart did not give any buy signal from 2nd January. I'm too afraid to take long positions against the trend.
