Another example of a WRB that sounded out a possible end to this move up......this time from Alstom Projects.

All the best!

Saint, I look forward to each of your post for all the teachings contained here.
Yet, I understand where you're coming from.
There's no call for an apology, and if anything, I wish to thank you for all you've done for all of us at the forum.

All the very best to you, whichever way life takes you, and take good care.
With utmost regards.
Hi Amit,

Thank you,my friend, for your kind words.......yep,who knows what Life has in store for us,what its next turn is......But I do hope that come what may,we keep in touch.

Take Care, and wishing you all the very best that Life has to offer.

Hi saint

Your apology shows only your greatness my friend. What you have so far for the forum and scores of young traders is remarkable. Mere words are not enough to thank you for all that you have done for us. You have already left your footprint in our hearts.

We do understand. Personal commitments take the first priority in life.

Of course we hope to see you around in the forum whenever time permits.

Wising you all the very best in life.

Warm regards

Karthik
Ah,another person that I hope to come across some day,and till then do stay in touch.Thank you once again for your kind words and warm remarks the last year and a half.............this is looking more and more like the last lap for some time to come. But shall definitely pen in now and then.

Do keep in touch,my friend........now and then when you do get the time.

Those are words of immense wisdom, which I guess have come from years of experience.

There were times I found myself trying to catch a speeding bus (read already run up counter) with the hope of it accelerating even further, also to find it U-turning after I hop in.

There is still so much to learn...I hope I will learn it all over a period of time.

Thanks a lot Saint (and other senior members too!) for imparting the wealth of knowledge you have to us and making us wiser and better traders.

Pranay

hi saint pranay and other members,

i hv been following this thread for quite a some time n gained a lot from it .. thanx saint

but i am not able to distinguish between a pull back and trend reversal...
im committing the same mistake as pranay said... pls do help me in this..

1. do we tell that trnd reversal only if it breaks the trand line? does volume gives some indication about this.. im confused pls help

2. Abt WBR..again pull back confusion for me.. BOC had WBR two days before ( if i had recognised correctly),, now for 2 days it id going down.. is it a pull back or reversal of the trend? does this indcate entry point or exit point..

please help me to get over this confusion

thanx in advance

Satish

I am finding it extremely difficult to maintain a regular tempo for a myriad of personal reasons......I sincerely apologise.

I hope to rush through over the next few weeks, and throw out as much as possible,.........................after which this thread comes to its end.

Thanks,
All the Best!

Hi Saint

This is what we may call evergreen thread. It's charm and value will never fade with time rather it's value would only increase.

So this is no reason to apologise. You have proved a great teacher and done more for the forum than any other member.

Everybody here understands what other commitments mean and how it could affect one's time management.

We would be waiting for more gems to come from you, if not in this thread then elsewhere.

I want to say one more thing to boarders here. This is the time to be cautious. What other indicator do you need? Last time Saint was on sabbatical, we had a big crash. This may be signal for yet another one to come but not so great as Saint has, by now , imparted enough ammo to fight it.:D

I sincerely wish all the best to Saint and do take good care of yourself. When you come back we would be waiting with bull run in full swing :).

With regards
Pankaj:)

Thank you for your kind words,my friend......ahh,and the Saint Indicator is as unreliable as any other in its predictive value.......:)

I personally prefer Candlesticks to Bar,but that's a personal choice...........if you have been trading bar charts all this while, and feel that you are more comfortable with it,no probs. But for those who are interested in Candlesticks, please go to the belowmentioned thread by Gobatman...basically all important patterns in one page.

http://www.traderji.com/55095-post1.html

Do go through them,we can briefly go through a few,but do remember one thing.............More important to identify the pattern, than to boast of each and every Japanese name memmorized. We are here to trade and make profits from it,not to be scholars......

These patterns are even more reliable on the weekly charts.......on the daily, not that much. But the knowledge of all that we had done so far and some basic Candlesticks Analysis makes the decision we take even more accurate, more precise.

Thanks Gobatman for the list ....:)

All the best!
