Re: Queries From students of Saint

Amit,

Every peak is a possibility for drawing resistance level. Similarly every low is a possibility for drawing support level. So there are literally n number of support/resistance lines.

We need to find the support/resistance lines that "connect" more no. of low/highs. The more points they connect, the more strong and reliable, they are. Thats it.

Hope this helps,
Praveen.

P.S: I'm a learner, and I guess I've not written any thing wrong. Replied with my little knowledge gained.

.....So that these silly doubt's may not spoil the flow of that beatiful thread ,Teach a man how to fish... ..
Its regarding posting the doubts that arise in the thread : "Teach a man to fish..".

But dont we lose the context where we are, if we post the questions in different thread?

Just my opinion.

Praveen.

Hi! Saint,

Many many thanks for your reply. One last query on Resistance levels (I hope)

Attached is a chart of APIL on which I have drawn the resistance levels for a short term point of view.

I have used the line chart since it's easier to the eye to identify the levels.

I would be grateful if you could please have a look at the same and please let me know if I have drawn the resistance levels correctly.

Also, if you could please reply to the questions that are on the chart.

I can't thank you enough for all the help, Saint.

Warmest regards,
Amit

Hi! Saint,

Based on the chart that you have provided, I have drawn some resis levels on the ZUARIAGRO chart. Attached is the same for your ref.

I think I am getting closer home. Whenever you have the time, please do have a look at it and let me know what you feel.

Thank you! Saint.

Warmest regards,
Amit

P.S Till I get a hang of the resis & support levels, this is only for educational purposes.

Another pattern that does the trick, more so in the Indian mkts ,again and again is the pattern described below.Trading failure patterns was oh!so sweet in the US markets, trading trends is the key to the markets here. But as all speculation is,and gets,......sometimes things get a bit overdone.

Have a look at the pattern given here...........very useful for the markets here!
