cant miss the point that praveen is from delhi.. lots of rumors floating around ncp region about unitech.. be careful praveen i m sure u trading the charts not news

hello friends,
I have a very peculiar problem.whenever i try to download something from R A P I D S H A R E OR 4 S H A R E D a message is shown like this.
You are already downloading a file from IP-address 218.248.70.235. To download another file you have to wait until current download process is finished
i am using BSNL GPRS service.

either like the message says - you are already downloading 1 file (you can download only 1 file at a time) or you are usung a shared IP... these are some possible reasons

I am not downloading any other file from the same site at the same time . I dont know any thing about shared IP. Please help me

clear your cache & delete all temp files & cookies, which browser u use

as per your suggestion i cleared cache and deleted all temp files& cookies but the problem is still there. I tried both firefox and IE .My Ip address is 117.99.83.80 where as the message says that"You are already downloading a file from IP-address 218.248.70.235"
one more thing what is shared IP.
PLEASE help me
