for realtime alert which condition will be better ? alert after inside candle or alert after 3rd candle is formed according to our condition ?
1st case will give us time to prepare for the trade and focus on the scrips where setup is possible.
In second case we will need us to work fast as we would have to place order immediately after candle formation..

yes first case will be better, but bring in mind color of inside bar should be different from first bar.

It will be better if we look for inside bars at support/resistance levels , U can take trade on break of second bar.
