Nifty fut at least closed just 2 points below our pre mkt level.

Hello everyone,

This is my 1st post in here, I need to know a thing or two abt Nifty futures. I have been trading in the US indices & global forex since 1998, ofcourse i have my own portfolio in the indian stock mkt too.

What i need to ask is

What is the margin requirement for buying index futures like BSE, nifty etc...

Will i be charged intrest for holding the future? any hidden costs?

What is the yield per tick of the NIfty? is there a spread? lot size?

thats it for now, any replies will be greatly appreciated!

Heard that Chart speaks 1000 words ,there is 3 chart for Nifty Fut ,this one attached is Wkly (EOD),for today's trading views.

Nifty Fut,Still now High= 4577.90 ,in chart the turn is at 4579 ,crossing that would be better.

Nifty Fut 5min as upto 2.35 pm to-day.

The pre Mkt level of Turn showing us 4579 ,got further validated by CV 's chart ,was in fact not reached to-day,let us see what EOD tells me.

Now Nifty Fut closed above 4600 ,you could give max 4550 ,let us hope for the name of this thread to be justified.
