Well I am afraid, I have no knowledge of afl or their errors, I am using Ami 5.6, but also have used it on 6.1 in the past. You can ask monkeybusiness/vijkris/happysingh for help, by posting the exact error you are getting.
Did you copy and paste in the notepad and then saved?

IMO, TDST afl wont help you.
If you are for the number marking in blue (as in chart above from 1 -13)
As these numbering has been done by him, manually.
