Hello VNS, am I having nightmares or is something wrong with the updation here ?? The value of SBIN 1600CE is showing the values for SBIN 1550PE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See the heading, see the values... and check out the values around this time (10:50-10:55am).... I kept wondering why the value of the CE was going up while SBIN was moving down, till I noticed the major ****-up

Hello timepass,
We have not received any other call or email about this kind of an issue. Please give us some time to check what could be the reason here.

Could you also share with us how many contracts/scrips you have in your marketwatch?

Hi TSO,
the links you have provided in response to my query directs me to a dropbox. But there no files are visible. What do I have to do to view the files? Do I have to register and login?

And though it does not concern you, can you tell me what's the yearly subscription for Amibroker charting s/w is? Or please guide me to some site/page where I can get this info.

Thanks and regards.
Hello IRH,
Not sure what went wrong. When we click on the url it is showing the filenames even without login. Please try pasting the below url in browser and let us know whether it worked or not.

For the Amibroker fees, please refer to the link here

I thought so. That's why I pasted the screenshot so that you can forward it to the NOW team.

I have 16 scrips on this SBIN marketwatch.

Hello timepass,
Since it was an issue that did not occur with other users, NOW team has suggested that if this kind of an issue reoccurs ever again it'd be best if you could call them up directly on 022-26567700. This way they will be better able to identify and troubleshoot the issue.

PS: Hope you have an updated antivirus and firewall installed on your pc.

Fine, will do, if the time allows (it occurred during the trading hours).

Yes, I have an updated antivirus and the firewall is provided by my router as well as the ISP (since I am using a static IP).

Edit :

I should tell you that the problem went away when I double-clicked on the scrip in my marketwatch. But the point is that the problem occurred, and could've affected my trading decision adversely.

Sorry for trouble, but one more gem today... the "Snap Quote" does not show name of the scrip. This is happening with all the scrips.

Does one need to contact the NOW team for this ?? (maybe after 5pm)
I think the NOW team is getting too many calls these days what with all discount brokers using NOW. I can see the name of the scrip on the snap quote window, though. Maybe it's your OS. You should upgrade to Windows 7 at least, if not 8. That's what I was told.

Thanks for the response. I am using win7. This problem has occurred today itself.
