Kiran, can u give little insight exactly what u see to determine movement and write or buying happening...I mean OI change is key for that as per ur thread but a little explanation would really help...

compare the oi with volumes you will easily understand & finally you can look at inraday charts of perticular options whether perticular options are bought or sold in to :thumb:

acc to me.... what i learned here... -ve open interest (more than 30-40%) reflects close up of put/call writers and hence its a bearish/bullish signal respectively.....

and if there is any additions (+ve OI) alongwith volume that means call/put witers are bearish/bullish respectively.

seniors ...pls comments if i miss something or infer wrong

sometimes you have to check the volumes and corelate with the oi addition or subtraction (heavily traded volumes more with less change in oi means people not willing to leave the positions and want to keep it for themselves and viseversa) :thumb: in case of reversals the oi reaches the maximum and keeps falling from there on. you will learn all these practically once you start observing the oi data:thumb:
