It has been one week since I got the confirmation mail that my application has been received by you and is being processed......

I'm still waiting for the id....

Typically how long does it take to open a trading account?

Already off to a rough start (or should I say non-start)....

Euclid, ideally account opening process takes within a week. Bit please be careful with whom you open. 99/- unlimited trading seems very unreal and fake.

I see that cover orders/ bracket orders aren't available for equity futures. When do you plan to start the same ?

We open accounts in 3 working days if all the documents are in order. The delay could only be on account of something missing in the application. May i request that you send an email to [email protected] with your application number so that we can identify the do the needful for you or you may share your application number on this forum too.

Dear mark8tune,
The stamp duty that we charge is based on various state notification. Additionally for the benefit of members broker forums have also compiled and circulated the stamp duty for various states. Find attached the file which gives details of stamp duty for various states as compiled and circulated in BSE broker forum. The rate defined for Jharkhand is 1.5% with upper limit of Rs. 200 per day. We are charging the same!
