thank you going back circle to read once again. It was good if you tell me buying or selling opportunities in this chart. As you advices, going to fist thread.

thank's
Since u hv pointed so many in your chart...i have posted my chart with buy/sell oppertunities for ur understanding...

In your chart the scrip name is visible as ANI Enterprises Ltd and I presume it is ADANI Enterprises Ltd and posted the chart with remarks.

1). The ATP of 27.12.12 - Rs.273.14
2). Plot the 15min intraday chart of ADANIENT for trading on 28.12.12
3). The rule of buy/sell is that the 15min candle should touch the ATP and if the touching candle close below ATP then u hv to go Short or Sell and if the touching candle close above ATP then u hv to go Long or Buy.
4). Please look into the attached chart where the first 15min candle touch ATP and closed above the ATP (pointed as 1) which means we have to Buy at the high price of the candle which is Rs.273.95 But subsequently the price didnt meet the price.
5). The next candle touch ATP and closed below the ATP which means we sell short at the low of the candle which is Rs.272.60 with SL 273.40 (pointed as 2) The next candle met our price and we are in Trade. We are looking for Re.1/- movement here to get out from the trade. But we didnt get and it made low of Rs.271.70 and went high and hit our SL 273.40:(
6). We again got the trading oppertunity by candle touching ATP and closing down ATP (pointed as 3) and made low of 271.80. We have to short sell at 271.80 with SL 273.50
7). The next to next candle met our price of 271.80 and we are in Trade and further it went to the low of 269.80 which is Rs.2/- :thumb:

The 1st trade hit SL and gave us -Re.0.80
The 2nd trade gave us Rs.2.00

Nett : Rs.1.20/- profit (excluding brokerage/commission):)

We are looking for a gain of Rs.1000/- a day with Re.1/- and it is suggested to trade in Futures market where the lot size of 1000.

Thank you Karthik Sir, Giving Such good reply. May be i asked many question in previous post, since I miss point Candle must touch previous day ATP.

One more Question: My and your chart is same (sorry missed the adani) 15 mint but there is difference of .15 in end. Is this due to future and equity price (since graph is equity)

Thank's

I have been following your discussion from PT's thread to here. I appreciate your patience in replying to repeated queries on the same topic. I have a small doubt, the price and lot size is different for different scrips, so, will it not be prudent to keep the target price as a %age instead of Re. 1/-.

You can track some selected (highly traded) scrips which has a lot size of 1000 or 500...eg ADANIENT, TATAMOTORS, TATASTEEL, ABAN...

Karthik,
Good explanation above. Thanks.
For the second trade why did you wait for 2 Rs profit before exiting. Our target is to exit at 1 Rs, isnt it?
Also, what if the Risk reward ratio is not favorable. Suppose the SL is 2 rs away, our target is only 1 rs. Are you comfortable taking such trades?
Thanks,
Amit
