Here that first pivot which you are showing is not visual pivot, because the 2 red bars after the green bar are inside the green bar. So we don't consider that is pivot. Today we got only two trades which i am showing in the charts.

Thanks....and what about the low of red bar that I have marked as a PL?doesnt it also qualifies a PL? The very first at which SAR took place?

I prefer to read them as inside bars.

Volume on right shoulder top is less then volumes on the head, Left shoulder which is good. But volumes at the break out should be more then what they are in my view.
