Lead require a margin of Rs.50000-60000 ( so i guess 1L is enough to carry over your position)

Cheapest broker...there are many
Cheapest charting...go with amibroker, they have one time fee and than go with the data providers.

All commodities are good to trade, its up to you how comfortable you are to trade, how much risk you can take etc..
