It appears 4700 has a resistance but not sure whehter its strong or weak....

A look at the European indices and the US market futures would have given you an indication that this was just fake out ...all the while we moved up the last hour...

Ideal would have been to see the bar action and stay long till the last moment... then square it off... and go short at that price... And see a nice M2M profit in your ledger ... and then wait for tommorow opening...

Seeing things through the peripheral vision in the last one hr gives a good perspective at times...

these dayz market reacts very hard to any news or movement in foreign markets thats y very tough to predict
For me resistance at 4723, 4809 (spot nifty)
Although its oversold and normally it rises near christmas so i m holding 50 lots of 4700ce for trgt of Rs.100, but still athreya i hav kept my fingers crossed.

Dear Ashokram1,

This is based on the parameters of Khushi only (otherwise, I wouldn't post
with my own parameters!). The ones mentioned by her were:

- Change in price by more than 2%
- Traded volume (amt) more than 1000 lakhs
- Volatility more than 4%
- I added just one parameter - CMP more than 100 - to make the list shorter!

You seem to have taken the last 10 LTP figures for BATAINDIA.

Are we not supposed to take the closing prices?

khushi used LTP that's why I used LTP , you can also use close price.
