Zerodha provides a way for RT data to be sent to excel. Zerodha thread on TJ is here. There are plugins that can capture this data in excel and feed it to wherever you want in RT. Zerodha does not and will not offer any such plugin now or in the future due to some rules.
Sharekhan too provides a way for RT data to be sent to excel, but I don't know much about it.

Sudris tool captures data from NOW to Amibroker.
Ramdass free tool captures data from NOW to MT4.

ManshiRT and many others too do it.

will it work with Flexterm as well?

In AB,
Left column, click charts and in that indicators MACD
Now right-click on macd graph and edit parameters...

there you can put Khushi's Setting
