This might put lots of load to Khushi as maintaining single thread itself is taking time...

I think, ulta it will reduce burden.As mmebers experinced in resp area will take lead for that thread.
For example- If HAushy is using Nakshatra for icici, he will answer queries in that thread ( as he seems to more comfortable with it)
