Trading Nifty by Levels

i am asking till what level.........where is ur risk limits .....suppose markets runs to 5100 from here before friday what will u do ....still keep shorting......there must be some level after which u wont want to short?

I have a doubt in option trading sheet,

It shows

Nifty 3 mins Trend: Strong Up
Nifty 13 mins Trend: Bull

But in Open interest it shows BEAR

Open Interest: Bear

Now how to interprete this
