Trading Nifty by Levels

i want to share all trends as some times i take help from volatility of nifty to calculate my levels
they r just like gann levels but based on volatility so they vary scrip to scrip n day to day.
so give somehow clear picture.
now so far i am using prev day's data to calculate volality but before sharing wid others i am upgrading it to use past some days data to more clear picture.
as somebody in past posts said that his level is near 5058 but mine is 5053 so this diff of 5 points is based on many factors
like first check my time tht wn i calculated tht level n at wht time u r calculating.....
plus many times i merge many fundas together when market is very range bound
as yesterday many targets met n many SL hit
but we wanna cash trgts but not SL so use more n more deciders

surely i will tell
actually i do all calculations orally
but for all fellow traders i have to feed calculations into excel n that too must auto update else u keep just feeding sheet n cant trade.
One thing which is still not clear to me is at which time high and low price should be considered.

As when market opens the volumes are already very high, so should we wait for some min or how should we decide that now its time to put either the high or low price.

Hope i am not bugging you to much.

Already sent you the mail but for newcomers sake posting it here.

Few questions here..

1. How do you define the trend to be UP or DOWN? Is it with reference to any
moving average - say MA-21 or MA-34?

2. And you consider NIFTY Spot prices or NIFTY Fut-1 prices for the calculations?

Thanks..

I start trading at 9.18am as starting 3 mins are not good for trade
See my past trades
Check trend n enter trade wirh tight SL
If trend is strong go for 20-30points if weak 5-10points

i never use ma or ema
But use macd or rsi, although they all lag
Support or resistances uses spot price
Volumes of futures
Option pricing n open interest is always of futures

From MS office 2007 or higher, u can save the files in prior versions like 2003 etc. Check "save as" menu.

Regards
Data download in 2003 is problematic

Now started working on volatility based levels
U can also backtest it as so far it gave me 90% success ratio(winning ratio)
Although targets vary from 8 points to 73 points depending on market situations
