pls go to some pages before and search the formula. i think its right. and just chk it with what i have posted earlier.

Karanm, The formula that Rohan has given is correct and it does work in MStock.
Plz chkout first post of this thread for more details. There is one link where Swaminathan has shared Metastock system tester, if that could be of any help to you.

NR7 calculation is not rocket-science. Yes, it is as simple as what Rohan has written.

Rohan will have to start posting NR7 minutes stocks and we will start analyzing them.

Commentary will go something like

Reliance has made NR7. If it breaks 1108 it will blast to 1109.05
ONGC has made NR 7. If it breaks 1202, it will shoot in no time to 1203.35
Oh my God! Nifty has made 2NR7 consecutively. Looks bearish. If it breaks 5263 all hell will break loose expect a collapse to 5260 as all longs will bail out.
