About stoploss on NR7 strategy that I have mentioned at the start of thread, is to give u an idea of how one can trade it. It is a draft system definition. I would suggest to take these draft rules and backtest it. As you backtest it, you should refine it further as per your observations.
Placing stop is always tricky. Most of the people use a buffer of few points. So I will leave it to you to decide on it.
In NR7 breakout system, if you are reversing the trade on hit of stop, that works more often then not, cause market makers are active and they have already trapped some people by making first false breakout. So at second entry, you are aligned with them.
But plz backtest and find it on your own.
