Depends on what you want to do. If you are a long term investor, then just hold on. If you are a swing trader, act according to your stop losses. Exit if SL's are breached.

Yeh but the news came out like 1 hr 30 mins ago that time market was open. Also dow futures and European futures has stabilised at less than 1% level and they are there since morning. Apart from that Euro and oil are very stable they have improved and gained since morning.
