Fundamentals gone haywire
Reported net sales are above our estimate, and increased y/y by
19% to INR 5.4bn due to growth in specialty business especially
significant increase in domestic formulation business
Net profit is reported at INR 534.5mn vis--vis our estimate of
reported profit at INR 807mn due to foreign asset devaluation of INR
340mn and de-growth in high-margin business
We maintain our estimates and recommendation at Sell and reiterate
our target price of INR 144

My only concern is, it is 1FV stock whereas SUN,AURBINDO,
REDDY and RANBAXY's are 5 FV stocks.

Columbus,
What difference does that make(IFV or 5FV)??
Please can you explain.
1FV stock over 5 fv means 5 times more stocks.
Accordingly the ratios will be hit.

There are some people who choose stocks based
on EPS value.1 FV stock tends to have lesser EPS
(1/5 for same profit of a 5FV company).

One added advantage is more floating stock.
