Koutons Retail`s USP is its ability to cut down intermediaries and bring fashion to masses at affordable prices. The brokerage is positive on the company`s growth based on its business model, expansion plans, and higher margins compared to other retailers on account of integrated operations. It initiates coverage on the stock with buy recommendation and values it at 12.5 times FY11E EPS (50 per cent discount to Pantaloon`s FY11 P/E multiple) to arrive at a target price of Rs 500.

After 20-oct-2008 - A red territory stock(close below open price almost 90%)
present trend:
Almost to prev low 0f 340(can be a double bottom) - Oversold - Good accummulation/shorts seen in this stock presently.

View: Can be accumulated till 304 level. Can see gud movement above 370 - for tgt 392-420 Maxx 480

After so much accumulation i believe kouton rocketed wit more than 10% return today...

If nifty corrects , yes obviously 90% of the stock will also see some decline.

Guys my humble request is dont play wit options & futures - until otherwise u hav clear view of market & scrip. For this wat iadvise is better tak position even if there any loss for today in long term u can get ur principal value.

Mr.stockbond... before a steep correction market will give a bounce.presently i dont hav eod & charts. so this is wat all i can say now.

after seeing charts i will try 2 giv my view tomm positively.

Hotel leela can be accumulated @ 34.5-35 level for 38+ tgt in MT range.

suntv @ 337 gud res seen - as expected it also went near tht level but i was not able to exit that time. wanna carry for LT portfolio. ST/MT investors who entered @ 270-280 level wit me can exit @ 330 levels.

sical can be shorted only @ 72 level for tgt 68.

Market did a gud bounce after a steep correction from 4920 levels. 4950 need to be hold for upside mkt on eod basis.

how do u calculate support and resistance level for a stock for a particular day
I think this knowledge would be good before taking position in option

Apparel retailer Koutons Retail India spurted 13.70% to Rs 379.30. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. Last month, some reports had suggested that the company is looking to raise Rs 120 crore to Rs Rs 150 crore by the end of December 2009 through a share sale to fund expansion and reduce debt.

India's largest listed air carrier by market capitalisation Jet Airways India jumped 12.88% to Rs 377.60. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Television broadcaster Zee Entertainment Enterprises advanced 4.01% to Rs 247.70. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Public sector defense equipment maker Bharat Electronics climbed 3.82% to Rs 1,628. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Drug maker Lupin rose 2.88% to Rs 1,169.75. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. The company, last month, acquired the rights for Antara, a drug to treat high blood cholesterol and high triglycerides, for $38.61 million from US-based Oscient Pharmaceuticals.
