#11
Like Arnav - I am also searching proper exposure in forex market. Can anyone help me to know -
1 whether forex trading is allowed in India
2 who are the good forex brokers
3 which are the good forex platform
4 who can give proper training in forex if we need to deal in Usd\Inr
Let me try to answer:
1. We can trade 4 pairs legally through NSE between 9 to 5
2. I am trying to trade thru Zerodha. I already have a cash account and soon open for forex.
3. I will go for icharts. Its not free but I am not used to it.
4. Not sure about this, may be you can try sharekhan as they organize webinars and training sessions.

1. Lot size is 1000
2. About 2.5% (1400k)
3. 1 Point movement = 1000 bucks. So (54.8 - 54.55) * 1000 = 250 INR earned

Also from an intraday perspective, USDINR has good liquidity. EURINR has satisfactory liquidity. JPY & GBP do have below par liquidity.
Lot size one=1000 unit
one lot margin is Rs.650/- only.(Asthatrade.com)
The optimum lot size is 15 for usdinr trade.
