Money control pe koi big FA guys ka tthink tank infosys ki future projection 165 per share ke asspaas de raha tha kuch din pehale... kya khride koi.
OMG!!! someone has mistaken EPS or earning/profit per share with price per share... Infosys' projected EPS for this financial year is around 160-165... so keeping a multiple of 15X, it's fair price can be estimated at around 2400... I think that's the statement of the FA guy... :D

BTW, retail sector in India is the most lucrative of all the growing businesses in India. It's highly unorganised... hence better chance of penetrating... all the big houses in retail are bleeding these days... but still the cashflow is fluid and not lumpy like other businesses... :)

today morning, markets were deep in red..
all the "jokers" of cnbc and et now were telling to go short.
Prashant,

Will you please name the jokers on CNBC-TV18 who told people to go short?

I am taking one name - Sudarshan Sukhani... he told to go short if market stays below the 1st hour low... now this is a valid trading set up...
again 5050 was a valid point to add short if market bursts up suddenly... but as a trader shall not we keep a stop-loss as per our risk appetite? :)

In the morning Sukani said that he was carrying only 20% of his shorts, having squared off the rest on Friday itself; and that he wasn't going to add.

The thing about an analyzer is he analyzes...if the trades goes in his direction he considers himself good and people also consider him as good. But if his call is wrong he will find some reason as to tell why his trade went wrong...The reason(according to them) may be because of the govt. policy...some support or resistance level..but they always find a reason.
